Actually, an OMRA will not be required in this situation. The purpose of
the OMRA is to reset the payment rate from a rehab rate to a nursing rate
when therapies are discontinued. If the resident is already at a nursing rate
based on the 14 day assessment, then OMRA will not be necessary.
