You could combine your 5 day with the Admission. This would allow you to use
the grace days with the 14 day.

You can use grace days for a 14 day assessment but you cannot for an
admission assessment. Grace days will not default you for PPS as long as
you use the grace days specified (days 15-19). This may, however, put you
in some hot water as far as obra is concerned as your admission assessment
will not be completed by the 14th day.

  Subject: billing combined assessments

Could anyone direct me to a resource that would have information about
billing specifically for assessments that are combined as in the case of an
admission /14day? Also, if grace days were to be used in this situation
would this result in a default for billing?
