Re Working Weekends

Hi folks, Thanks for the response to my question of "do you work weekends".  We have 120 beds, about 20 are MediCare, and 22 are SubAcute (which I am not usuallly responsible for).  I also do the hospital TCU unit, which can be 2 or 3 or as many as 10 at anytime.  I am considered administrative so I take call, but am not required to work the floor, but I work 6 or 7 days a week to keep up with the work load.  Well have a good day, and I appreciate everyones thoughts, expertice and opinions...we have a great group here!   bryan
