If you do not keep them, what is your proof that they where submitted and accepted by the state database prior to billing?
 
I have a facility that has several months worth of validation reports and on survey they where cited for failure to submit MDS's per the regulatory time frames. They IDR'd and won

Just a quick question.  Is it necessary to keep a hard copy of Initial Feedback Report and Validation Report?  I have always kept them, but my printer is on the fritz and was wondering if keeping a hard copy is really necessary.  Thanks.
