Sorry to post this - but could not get through privately. We actually have Pathlinks not genecare - we upgraded from genecare to Pathlinks. I just still tend to call it genecare-pathlinks. You are so right you need to do what ever you can to get them to upgrade. Pathlinks (especially careplan) is a breeze compared to the old genecare. Holly McGran MSN RN Dir of Perf Improv.
