Wow, Gail, it's incredible that you're the only RAC-C for such a large facility for one thing!! And for the rest of the team to not understand or take your word as a credible source is doubly dumb-founded! I congratulate you on your ability to do your job and stay in that position; I'm sure if I was in your place I'd have left long ago. I'm in a 108 bed M/M facility and we have two full time MDS coordinators; me being one of them. That fact in and of itself holds no comparison to yours.
