Hi      Just curious  I have a resident who was receiving PT x 2 wks d/c 11-19-03 will remain part A due to nrsg wound care of a stage four. My question is on 11-19-03 PT was unable to see the resident plus it was his LCD for  pt. therefore, zero minutes were obtain for pt , now  an omra  then is due is it from 11-19 even though zero minutes were obtain or do I start count 11-20-03 . Hope this is clear     thanks alot     nancy
