The manual on page 2-31 when discussing OMRAs states that "The last day in which therapy treatment was furnished is day zero."  So, even though the resident was scheduled to receive therapy on the 19th, they did not, so you would need to determine when the last day that the resident actually received therapy.  If  the last day that therapy was given was the 18th, then you begin counting with the 19th as day one, etc.  The therapy discontinue order is not the concern, it is the last day that therapy was provided. ----- Original Message ----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Thursday, November 20, 2003 5:47 PM Subject: OMRA ?
