Yes, they are separately made because the one used every four years is actually 366 days.  I figure for $10, it's practically free!  Or you can just back up everything one day for all assessments involving Feb. 29.  The problem is you have to remember to day that for the 2-3 weeks every 4 years, and I can't program my brain that way.

I just spoke with Briggs and the only way to receive a new Briggs PPSpinner is to purchase one unless you have connections! A leap Year version is available for 10 dollars.

Looked at my Briggs spinner wheel for scheduling MDS's & noticed that it only has 28 days for February & this coming Feb is a leap year. Any ideas besides mentally compensating?
