Question ... Recently we have had a increase in the number of patients who
come to hospital or from home who are hospice or made hospice after hospital
eval.Sent to our unit and made hospice Is a certification needed? the
patient has not necessarily been treated 3 days in hospital so by the way it
reads the MD can not say they need care from or as result of hospital stay.
