bottom line

Rena or someone else out there who knows,   With the updates on consolidated billing and now knowing that radiation, etc. comes out of the bottom line for medicare a reimbursement if done in a free-standing facility, does this include chemotherapy as well?  I know there is a statement about “lymphatic and venous procedures.”  Does this include chemo or is chemo still an exclusion no matter where done?    Thanks!   Brenda W.
