There is nothing wrong with doing an OBRA assessment early. You could do 5
quarterlies in a year, if you wanted to.  (Although, why you would want to
escapes me, lol)  I have done this sometimes when combining PPS and OBRA
assessments.  Just gotta watch the clock for your annual as well as
quarterlies, so you don't miss the annual when it is due.
