Have you taken a look at the "Pain" section under Clinical Resources for
nursing homes on the MedQIC website at http://www.medqic.org

MedQIC was created by CMS and the QIOs to provide quality improvement
resources and there is a bunch of information re: ADL decline, delirium,
infections, pain, physical restraints, pressure ulcers, and walking
improvement, as well as a new manual on developing policies for the
administration of both influenza and pneumococcal vaccines. --Caralyn
