I'm sorry since I am not replying to this question but I cannot get my questions posted to the listserve. Has the address changed or is the problem from my end?

Does any one use a Pain Management Form, or do you have a pain management
program you are willing to share? We have just opened a new palliative unit
and want to do a better job of documenting Pain Management. We would like to
go house wide with this.
Thanks
