I also use keane & this happened to me because billing
discovered that we had the wrong ssn (for years - it was spouses) so they
changed & didn't tell me. My software didn't have a problem, the proble you
will have is at the state level, it will identify them as a new res (watch
you new res identifyer report end of month) I had to fill out a form manually
& submit to consolidate both ssn under 1 res.
