Facts:
Mr. S was admitted to SNF on 2/22/03 on MCA. Last covered MCA was 3/3/03. Out to the hospital (OTH) on 11/10/03 with Fx hip repair. Returned from hospital on 11/16/03 and needed PT 5x week. Prior to going OTH, he received Part B 5x week OT...9/5/03 to 9/15/03
Question: Does the Part B skilled services prevent the beginning of a New Part A benefit period?
