Subject: demand bills
Recently , I was told my our billing office that when we submit a demand
bill we must provide documentation including a copy of the signed letter
sent to the RT./POA.
I belong to a corporation and at another facility the RNAC wasn't able to
produce the signed letter and we were denied to charges.
I believe in good record keeping as a rule. I print the letter , sign and
mail certified mail. We have a copy of the signature from the recipient.
seems to be enough for me.
Has anyone else run up against this?
