I would just do an admission assessment.  Currently we do have to actually
follow a resident once we discharge them, only discharge them as we think
they will be.

Good Morning!  A facility has a resident return who was DC'd to the
hospital in Dec 2002 as AA8a=7.  Her family took her home instead of
returning her to the facility.  Now she returns.  If a AA8a=7 is
followed by AA8a=9, would you do that and follow w/AA8a=2?  Seems strange?
