Correct or take the loss for wrong ARD?

Brain freeze....can you modify the ARD?  The therapy minutes are correct but the ARD is not.  Miscommunication.    Any Ideas?  I'm thinking we must take the hit for a lower RUG score & modify the minutes to the current ARD used.  Thanks all!
