Was the incorrect ARD just a data entry error?
If yes, then you modify the ARD using the correction request form.
If it was not a data entry error...in other words the assessment was completed using the look back based on the ARD that is on the assessment...then you can't modify the ARD but you would modify the therapy minutes to reflect the ARD on the assessment.
