You have 2 weeks after you find an error to correct it, the manual does not say how long ago the error happened. We have modified or corrected MDS’s from as long as a year ago. Deb

Subject: Sig correction of prior assessment

Hi everyone. I need help!!! Surveyors here and have 2 full assessments with RAPS that turned up missing. When I reprinted them, the RAPS and section V were not completed. These assessments were from a prior MDS Coord. completed in April and May. The surveyor wants a significant correction done. Can that be done so long after the original? Nothing that I can find in the manual about time limits. Has anyone had experience in this area?

I would appreciate any help.
