What if the therapy on two of the days is not full staffed and only there 4 hours versus 8?

If staffing problems interfere with 7-day per week therapy on rare occasion, I doubt that would be a problem from an FI review perspective. However, if it happens often, I would recommend that the facility reevaluate its policy of providing "7-day per week" therapy, since it would seem that the facility is not able to consistently carry out its policy. If services are available 7days a week but only provided 5 days a week due to being short staffed, are the guidelines for daily services still being met?
