We have never before captured respiratory therapy days (15 min/day). I have a resident that would not benfit from rehab but returned from hopitalization with a nebulizer tx QID. Bet theses four treatment, there is definitely 15 min/day besides inhalers ordered. I spoke with my DON regarding where we can document minutes and she decided she'd have our pharmacy put it on the MAR a space to record minutes. 1 - Is there anything else or different I need to know? 2 - Can I capture the respiratory therapy minutes from the hospital? If so , it raises my score from an SE2 to SE3.
