If she's getting any Rehab at all an OMRA is not needed, even is its not
enough for a Rehab RUG. Also, one the ST ends and she remains skilled you
won't have to do an OMRA because she didn't rug out in a Rehab catagory.
However, you may need to consider a SIG CHANGE.

by the next assess will be grouping for tube feeding - even though ST will
