Patty,
That's okay. The purpose of an OMRA is to
reset the payment rate from a Rehab to a Nursing RUG after ALL therapies
are out. If your Nursing rate has already kicked in because there
isn't enough therapy to capture a rehab rate, then you will not have to do an
OMRA, even after ST discontinues.
