You do not issue a letter of predictability.The patient needs to come from the
hospital with the predictability written by the doctor.You would issue a medicare
denial letter if there is no further skilled need.Of course,you would let
patient/family know that rehab will start again once weight bearing increases.You
start your PPS again with a 5 day when wgtbearing increases.
