How do you code ambulation
when a resident walks in the hallway 5x/week with restorative, with a gait
belt in place? It is our policy for the resident to have a gait belt in
use, with staff holding the belt. How much assistance is this? The staff
bears no weight, but is this a "1" or "2"?
