Help.  I need a quick answer to this one as I will be going to a meeting
soon to discuss this.  I am sure we have gone over this one many times.

If a resident is known to roll out of bed to floor and the bed is a low bed
and there is a pad on the floor, this is still a fall!!  Even though this is
care planned, this is still a fall.
