Hello to everyone and Happy Healthy and Safe New Year,
I have a question : When a resident has a trach that is not managed by the resident and requires suctioning , trach care , and constant o2 mist tx by nrsg , therefore ,this resident is getting skilled services .
What happens though , if the resident came from home with no recent ( within 30 days) of hospitilzation service and now goes to the hospital and used all 100 days of snf mcr this resident is at what level of care ? skilled right? HOpe this is clear!
nancy
PS. this resident is respite
