We have scheduled
toileting as you said. We place it on the adl flowsheets and in the care plan as
such.

Subject: Any scheduled toileting planI had a discussion with another MDS Coordinator today, and she stated that she had heard at a seminar that in order to code “Any Scheduled Toileting Plan” on the MDS you had to have daily documentation of all voidings etc. I told her that this sounded more like a formal bladder retraining program. I told her that “any scheduled toileting” would be toilet upon arising, before and after meals, at HS and PRN. AM I correct?
Thanks
Angie
