attesation vs completion date asap

Hi     Does the completion date have to be the same date as the attestation date on an financial mds. I have a five day that was due but the ss depart did not complete when the rnac completed her sections. So does that mean the rnac has to sign the date that all departs completed their section? thanks o nce again     nancy
