Nancy,
The signature dates in AA9 do not have to be the same.  Each department (or individual entering info) should sign aa9 for the date they do their part and sign the paper. Your signature date at R2B cannot be any earlier than the last date signed at AA9.  Again, these dates can all be the same, but do not have to be the same.

"Funny" story:  Had a "consultant" come in to help us "prepare" for survey. (Think Chris Farley's Motivational Speaker on SNL)   Told me that she thought it just "looked better" if all the dates were the same, and couldn't I just put down the same date everyone else put when I do my signature.

Uh, Uh, Ma'am, I do not think so.

Subject: attesation vs completion date asap

Hi
Does the completion date have to be the same date as the attestation date on an financial mds. I have a five day that was due but the ss depart did not complete when the rnac completed her sections. So does that mean the rnac has to sign the date that all departs completed their section?
thanks o nce again
