basically 9 months from the exit conference date..... BUT - they can come in sooner than 9  months if the agency determines it is needed. The goal, of course, is to average every 12 months - and some are extended to 15 months, but some are also conducted prior to 9 months.........

I know this sounds like a basic question, But refresh my memory please. When does survey window open, 9 months from the last inspection date or 9 months from the date they left or 9 months from the correction date??? I know we are opening up soon and want to clarify for myself. Thanks Karen
