Don’t mean the # of corrections to MDS—meant that when survey team returns to facility to review “plan of correction” they do not always count that as to when survey is next due

Trust me the state team does look at your corrections, how many and frequency. My corrections I did on year, 100 within 72 hrs, the MDS cord had left I took her place, what a mess, the state was there within a week. They advised me in the future to call them and tell them how many and when/ ANY corrections is a flag that someone is working at that level to signal red flags.
