from [EMAIL PROTECTED](lpowell)      I code j2 as the number of times a prn is given in my assess. window, talking with charge nurse, resident and checking the MAR prn section.  this will gie me a more accurateand correct count.  Also check the nurses notes as they do forget to document in MAR when given.
