Our company deals with 2 different fi.They wanted to see the signed Dr's cert.Well the
RNP was signing the cert.They denied claim as currently only physician can sign plan
of care.Our NPs were also doing the initial physicals and first set of orders on our
new admits.The head of the NP group found out that Dr must do all these initial
orders.We have changed our policies until CMS decides to let the NPs'do some of these
things
