POLL re CNA salaries, Medicaid Rates

Hi Group,   I am working on an article discussing some of the challenges in long term care, especially in regards to the quest to provide ever improving care with what seems to be ever declining reimbursement.  I also want to tie in a discussion about the CNA job which requires so much from these employees who typically make less than almost any other health care worker.   I am interested in finding out the average daily Medicaid reimbursement, the average CNA starting salary, turnover rates, and staffing ratios.
