See Pg. 2-22 of the MDS manual for clarification.  I will summarize below.   For Quarterlies, MPAF, significant correction of a quarterly, you must submit no later than R2b+31 days. For Admission, Annual, Significant change, significant correction of prior full, you must submit no later than VB4+31 days. For Discharge Tracking, no later than R4+31 days. For reentry, no later than A4a+31 days. Correction Request, no later than At6+31 days.   Brenda W.
