I am still confused about the break in service/skilled care. We had a resident
admitted to SNF on 11/17 following a CVA. D/C'd from therapies 12/10. Had a fall and
was admitted to acute care hospital 1/8 (day 28 following d/c of therapies)with a
subdural. Returned to SNF 1/17 with PT/OT orders. CAn I pick him up and cover him
for skilled care, continuing his original stay or would this require the 60 day break?
