grace days
You can use
grace days on any assessment as long as it benefits the resident and you are
not incorporating them with an OBRA assessment that has a completion timeline
(ie admission assessment that has to be completed by 14th day).
Did this
resident move to a noncertified bed? If he did and you completed d/c
tracking with return not anticipated, then the admission assessment will have
to be completed again!
