You can continue with the first time you accessed med a on 11/17.Once someone comes
off skilled,you can pick up within 30 days providing they meet the criteria re,related
to initial hospital stay,etc.Once 30 days goes by,you can pick up again between 30 and
60 if they are in 3 overnights.You continue on with the possible 100 days you first
accessed in Nov.Once 60 days passes without any skilled needs,you need 3
overnights,then another 100 days is possible.I had a very easy tree to follow,I'll see
if I can find it and forward it.
