That’s not what I said. Per the manual, you cannot mark this area without physician’s documentation. If you will check you hospice paperwork, though, it will usually address end-of-life care on their care plan. Just because you don’t have a physician’s statement that they have 6 months or less to live does not mean that they are not end-of-life care.
