I have a resident who went to the ER @ 9:45pm on 01-08 and returned @ 2:30am
on 01-19. Is it the 18th that we can't bill Medicare for? Also, he is in the
middle of an ARD. When counting my look back days do I skip this day
altogether or can I count any services that we (or ER) provided?
