Significant Corrections of Prior assessments are only done when there has been no subsequent assessment that correctly coded the item in question. In other words, the quarterly corrected the database, but you are left with an older assessment that is incorrect. Your only means of correcting that old assessment would be by using a Modification. The question is, do you need to do it. Unless there is a payment issue, I would leave it alone.   Did the apparent existence of a feeding tube affect the RUG score on the OMRA?
