I found the same theme over and over,many asked what is skilled?I hear this question
asked all the time on the listserver.The answer from CMS,it is a case by case decision
by a medical reviewer.They stressed ,skilled must answer the questions,a daily service
and equally as important,is the service reasonable and necessary,does it require a snf
stay or could it be given in another setting.
