Hi All:

 

I need to know if this a software issue or if I'm missing something.

Resident discharged to hospital on 1-5-04

Resident readmitted to snf on 1-8-04

I input 1-8-04 in section A4a with AA8a=1 and AA8b=1

Other dates:

A3a=1-11-04

AB1=1-8-04

R2b=1-12-04

Vb2=1-13-04

Vb4=1-14-04

 

The software will not let me lock the assesment and comes up with a consistency error for A4a.
