Have a question?  Have a resident on PPS whom a docotr ordered a vertebroplasty to be done.  She was sent to local hospital for the vertebroplasty returning the same day.  Who is responsible for the payment of the vertebroplasty?  Is this something that we have to pay the hospital for or can the hospital bill medicare for it?     Dawn Sheppard, RN, CRNAC
