Hi.  You'll need to find out the HCPCS code for that procedure (you can call the hospital and ask them for the code) and then check it against Transmittal 19: http://cms.hhs.gov/manuals/pm_trans/R19CP.pdf  Choose the second link on the second page - R19CP2.pdf  to go to the pages of included/excluded procedures.
