2nd try ?skill nephrostomy tube

It’s seems we have caused some confusion with our question.  Let me ask another way.   Does the presence of a nephrostomy tube in a resident, which is only flushed every shift, constitute skilled care, like a peg tube feeding or iliostomy would?  Or is this considered a basic care item, as family members can be trained to care for it, as in a foley catheter, and it not require the skilled services of a nurse?   Thanks
