Does anyone have a good source for diagnosis specific charting that I can use for the charge nurses to follow when they do the medicare charting? I appreciate your help.

If you are looking for something more specific, there is a tool on the AANAC website document library that has really specific guidelines, but it is a couple of pages long, iirc.
I couldn't find this today when I was looking on the AANAC website...I'm sure I've seen it in the past. Can anyone point me to it?
